if someone told me in the 70's that id one day hear Down Down, played by Quo,with an accordion accompanying them,I'd have said,"ur friggin bonkers",,,but I absolutely LOVE this whole acoustic set,BRILLIANT,BRILLIANT,BRILLIANT..rest in glorious peace Rick..
What a brilliant rendition, can hardly believe a non-electric version could sound so good. Using the accordion is inspirational. (And I can say all that without resorting to foul language.)
Seeing this and knowing that Rick Parfitt is no longer with us makes me feel fucking gutted on the inside..and very upset even if it has been 11 days since his passing I'm still griefing and feeling the intense pain within. R.I.P Rick and rock the hell outta heavan
Forgive me , but only those who really use to love the real QUO , could appreciate what these guys did not only to survive as a band but go out into the sun ....and live until they die and I ,along WITH THEM
Oh I love this.Remember hearing it on the radio. In those days technology was television and radio an record players. It was really romantic and mysterious.
Brilliant version! I think it was Gene Simmons who was once quoted in an interview: If you can´t perform a song on accustic guitars and make it sound good - don´t bother!
Only my opinion woody u like gud for you I've been a quo fan since 1974 til today 2021 so just remember opinions woody before you call someone an idiot yeh 😉
Can t say it enough times but Geraint Watkins is the best accordionist in Rock. For people who don t know him try some Dave Edmunds live concerts begin -'80ies

Is rhino playing a ukulele
Frankie Cerniglia - Yes! Yes! Yes!
Hmmm. playing this in A.
Although ,I prefer the good old original version , paper planes do fly all the time , don't they
In my opinion better played live with electric guitars
Not a patch on the original.
Nooo, this just wrong.
I hate it when rock bands go accoustic whoever they are.
His voice is so weak in this compared to 1974. Embarrassing.
Breaking news: old man's voice doesn't sound as good as when he was much younger. Absolute shocker!
Awful thank god apisstic is no more
@@e-knockpower7808 maybe a shocker but it's true
HATE IT!
Good Job Men, good Sound ! R.I.P. Rick.
