Hi Jovana, if the battery is not attached the E-Priam stroller can be used like a regular Priam stroller. However, to avoid any potential damage please make sure the e-PRIAM is switched off if using it without a battery installed.

Hello. My new w-Priam stroller has the following issue: the red light shines and all 4 led white lights flash, and I can’t connect to the phone app. Can you please advise what does this mean, as I couldn’t find this specific issue with lights in the instructions booklet. Thanks
When my stroller is on, it is actually much harder to move than when it is off. I am confused, is there some reverse mode?

How priam is in rocking mode on 5:05 when the chasis isn’t e priam, it’s regular chasis…🙄
