The Epriam is amazing, my parents and my wife love it. My wife and her friends love the fact she could walk faster, earlier and further compared to friends that didn't have e-support. Women usually need a recovery and arent allowed to push a lot. Epriam makes it easy work! Your review sounds pretty negative.

BUT… you can’t lug it in and out of the car on your own after a c- section. I got mine when baby was 5 months and ready to sit in the seat (and also too heavy to push up the hill I live on with a shoulder disability). Prior to that I used the lightweight babyzen with the bassinet.
How great is the downhill support though? And the rocking app! ❤

This is the best review of strollers I’ve seen!

The motor works perfectly up hills and on grass!! its definitely worth considering..Not something you would use 100% of the time, but its there when you do need it. And yes, I have tried it. Which store is this?

This pram is for me and my local mums!
It came out shortly after I had my daughter and I was a bit gutted because I live up a steep (12%) hill and pushing the pram and the food shop up is killer! I really want this for the next baby BUT I would keep the Bee 5 we have because I (before covid) went into central London a lot and the Priam is too big and too heavy for that. We are looking at getting a electric cargo bike soon and I’ve been thinking that I could use that for the food shop and getting about so maybe I’d only need slings and an ultra compact pram but then would I really want to get the bike out for the short but incredibly steep walk down to nursery and back to pick up my older child 🤔 Our Bee struggles on rough/slopping pavement too which I really hate, would be nice not to have to fight to walk in a straight like holding a toddlers hand.
Emmaljunga need to hurry up and get their e pram out, would love to see them go head to head!

Oh and I tested the E Priam at a baby show up a ramp and it was niiiiiiice so light “pushing” it up and not being dragged down too.

Great review, (maybe except for the fact that the stroller wasn't assemble right.)
The difference between places is huge , here is Israel the Priam considered to be a full size and heavy stroller..

Which one do you think is better… the regular cybex Priam or the uppababy Cruz

thank you. what about the rocking function? that's the reason why i think i would buy

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. The rocking function is one of the most extraordinary things that no other strollers have, and it wasn’t mentioned.

      @SP-kk5nj Рік тому

You won’t really use that function, I’ve had this for over 2 years and only ever use it to show people! Otherwise the e-PRIAM is a godsend ❤

This is definitely a luxury stroller👌 (like a Rolls-Royce in strollers) - and most of the people won’t invest or can’t afford it.

How can this be for people with mobility issues when it’s so heavy to lift into the car though? I was going to get it for my own orthopaedic issues but it’s way too heavy!

fair point, I wonder if a ramp or lift mechanism would help more and thus the daily savings in pushing the stroller could make it worthwhile.
I think the thought that the pushing/breaking effort benefits are more for health reasons are based on the assumption that most people will either forget to charge the battery (ending up pushing a heavier stroller) or don't push strollers hill upward/downwards often enough, from what I understood. But really only real life application could answer this.

      Ahh update-
I did end up getting it and it’s AMAZING. I got it over 2 years ago when baby was 5 months old and too heavy for me to push up and down the hill where I live (even in the lightweight babyzen with bassinet). The e-PRIAM has been an absolute lifeline.
I did struggle to find it in a showroom at the time and had to travel, but I did because I wanted to feel the weight of it to know if I could lift it. It’s a tricky lift for me but that’s outweighed by the many benefits of having uphill and downhill assistance, the rocking app (great luxury), and the ability to manipulate the sensors for more oomph when I feel I need it!
As for charging, the lights mean you never forget to do that since you’re always aware of battery life (and I’d like me you’re reliant on the help, you’ll not forget to charge it when needed. I never have. AND, charging is a rare occurrence since the battery lasts ages; even in tour mode on a steep hill).
Currently expecting my second baby and gutted there isn’t a buggy board for this, or a double version. I’m plumping for the Donkey Duo just to keep in the car and use on flat land. I’ll stick with my E-PRIAM for the hill!! The Donkey feels the same weight when collapsed.
      E-PRIAM for the win 🎉❤😊

I also have it and have been using it for over 2 years. I can’t recommend it enough.
I’ve left some other comments on this thread explaining why.
