I meant to say that singhi needs dark places with less disturbance in water and lots of hiding places which generally not available in PVC tanks. So if we can provide those conditions in Tarpaulin tanks then we can definitely it in biofloc.
Kela patta se insects aayege....fish insects ko khalegi... After few days banana leaves ko change karna pedega due to decomposition of leaves...but vo help karegi... double work karegi...pls try

In your opinion singhi should not culture in Biofloc?? Is it give good results in ordinary water??

What should be the minimum size of singhi when we transfer it too biofloc tank from hospital tank? Can 2000 line singhi can be put in biofloc??
Yes 2000 line is good size. You can transfer in BioFloc
