I would double check your instructions. These videos were made for the original release of the game which came in a green box with Maleficent on it. I know since then, they released a version with Ursula on the box and it's gray. In that version, the included villains were made to be a bit more simple, so it may be that Captain Hook doesn't require a lock token in that version. If your instructions say to use a lock token, I would reach out to Ravensburger. They'll likely mail you any missing pieces. In the meantime, you can use a piece of paper, a sticky note, or really whatever you have lying around to mark that the location is locked.
