I found a Sony Sub in the neighbors trash... I have an existing wireless Samhsung sound bar. Do you have any insights to share, for making the two different brands pair?
I tried to pair mine,but dont succed.its not standard bluetooth its proprietary standard.i believe that u cant pair them,but u can check the receiver and emiter chip and try anyway.

No, because it is a powered sub. If you connect it to the speaker’s terminals, you will bypass the amplifier that is built into the speaker, meaning whatever you use to play the music will also have to supply large amounts of power to get sound out of it. Ask me how I know… 🤣🥴🤦♂️
theoreticaly its posible if u keep the audio signal receiver,but in my case volume and bass adjust were digitaly made in audio amplifier chip.I would not do this.
@@diymariuselectro ya so sounds like it is too complicated than the worth of doing it as it would probly disrupt the sound quality of the bar due to the sub not being tuned and probly too loud to the soundboard

its different on each model.u cannt change from 24 to 12,but u can use stepup module.I will make a diy project to modify a sub like this on 12v for cars.

yes u r right.I didnt put low-pass filter because I use subwofer output and dont need.

You have ti find service manual and then make input conector.Like I did here.
Can it be paired with a different Bluetooth speaker? Just received tge subwoofer yesterday from a friend without the soundbar
@poohtianaman this would more than likely require some sort of firmware manipulation or hack. If you can do that then anything is possible
