As someone with light colored/non existent eyebrows naturally, I have no idea why someone would want to do this. Your brows are what shape the face.

Same! I started having them tinted when I have my color done, but I'm so fair complected that it's easy to get them too dark. Plus my skin stains quickly so I feel I need to go home and scrub them really well so I don't look like a clown. Lol

Idk if you’d let her yet, but it’d be cool to color them purple or blue (with makeup). It was a trend for a little while to do it with liquid lipsticks. Way cooler than boring brown caterpillars!

You are a great mom for showing her that her brow color is beautiful! Please tell your daughter her she's beautiful often, *especially when she is kind to other girls! She will be loving and confident because she has a great mom like you.(I wish my mom would have told me I was beautiful just once instead of negatively comparing me to other girls who looked completely different than me. It caused me to loath the way I looked from an early age.) Mom's can build up or rip down a girl's confidence.

Second girl is proof …a lot people don’t realize what a huge difference it makes to your face especially because she had a very dark eyebrows compared to the first girl who just barely had some dark blonde brows so it wasn’t super different

I started bleaching my brows back in 1998. I loved it, and bleach is addictive... so I didn't stop... until 2010, when they fell out. Now, I can't grow full eyebrows anymore. Use caution ⚠️ with this,, people. Edit: I used Sally Hansen facial hair bleach for lightening my brows back in the day. The formula is very thick and is made to be used on the face (less likely to drip and get into your eyes)

As someone with almost snow white eyebrows, who always darkens her eyebrows, this seems crazy to me. They kind of look like teenager me before I knew you could use eyebrow product. For me it's a bit weird but more power to those who love the look, you do you👏

It's a form of grass is greener on the other side of the fence mentality. I have blonde eyebrows normally and a while ago I dyed them brown so I could at least see them so I can shape them properly. NOW I'm hearing that totally blonde non existent eyebrows are the "IN" thing... Fuck it! I'm NOT bleaching my eyebrows. I'm gonna keep mine the way that they are now and just wait til the style comes back around.
I have always been teased for my pale eyebrows and eyelashes. These girls are like "No! I'm eyebrow-less!" What did you expect?! You have light brows on light skin - of COURSE you wont be able to see them. I'm not sure why this is such a shock to these ladies.
This is a really uncomfortable trend for me. I've been teased my entire life for having pale brows and eyelashes. Now, people are doing it to be trendy?! It's kind of offensive and incredibly annoying.
@@cjandauntieyaya1446 You know you don't have to hurt your skin by using actual color/dye, right? If you want a bit of a darker color on blonde brows, look for eyebrow tint, specifically. (I'm pretty sure Walmart has it. I know Amazon does.)
It creates a much softer, mpre natural look than hair color does. Eyebrow tint also doesn't irritate the skin. I gave up caring about my eyebrows a long time ago. But I do tint my lashes, from time to time. They're also naturally blonde and hard to see without mascara. But yeah - try actual eyebrow tinting instead of hair color. It's safer and has a more natural look.

Okay honestly, that would probably be the only time it would look okay, in my opinion. Because you can actually SEE the bleached eyebrows on a dark skin tone. On pale people it looks bizarre..

I love bleached eyebrows on confident people, it’s definitely something you need to rock to look good! Last girl seemed like that kind of person and I liked it on her the most. Bleached eyebrows don’t shape your face and seem to require some effort, without contrast (makeup/hair or fun outfit) it does look a bit silly, but they look so artistic and make people’s eyes pop

I'm the same age as yourself, but looking into dyeing mine darker to cover all the greys taking over from what was once a level 3 dark brown, as it just doesn't seem to look right with my dark purple and burgundy hair colours - however I'm so scared of my brows going too dark, that I keep chickening out, lol!

I had my hairstylist pal bleach my eyebrows when she converted my hair from a split dye to a red blonde in the back with thick money pieces in the front and it was incredible. Everyone deserves to try out blonde eyebrows!!!

The timing! I just bleached a strip of both of mine, then dyed red and green for christmas! It turned out so cute and took like 20 minutes. I don't know if I could commit to full blonde eyebrows, but striped or dyed is fun.

For anyone wanting to bleach them I recommend the Sally Hansen's extra strength cream for face and body. Bleaches in 8 mins sometimes +. But yeah really does a treat job.

I used to lighten my eyebrows with peach fuzz hair bleach that's meant for your face. I left it on for 5 minutes and it would lighten my eyebrows just enough.
This one was especially hilarious. The editing, the commentary, the timing, amazing ❤❤😂
I've done that and after bleaching them everytime I bleached my hair half of them fell out, but it was a slow process & I didn't notice anything right away. I did start noticing it after I colored my hair back to brown. When I put the hair dye on my brows to get them darker that's when I started noticing that they were getting thinner. I didn't know what to do about it after that. They are slowly growing back but it's taking a long, long time. Anyone wanting to bleach or dye your brows go to a professional. So many things can go wrong. Like going almost blind to losing half your brows.

I went through a brief 2 week bleached eyebrows phase when I was 18 and also got my drivers license during that. I’m 27 and STILL have this god awful alien looking photo of myself on my ID. BE CAREFUL FOLKS.
I jus saw my 16yr old daughters Christmas list the number 1 thing on it is Xmondo red, green, turquoise hair color and she had some hair care products to That’s my girl!!! I want my kids to b able to express theirselves in a way that makes them happy n is safe for them!! As a single parent of 4 $$ is tight but I will def b saving to get her all the Xmondo she wants maybe for her bday!!!

As someone with naturally white blond eyebrows... I don't understand why people want to do this. xD Eyebrows are so important to the expression on your face and when you have pale brows (esp on pale skin where it looks about invisible) people will constantly misunderstand your current mood and stuff. I always have people assume I am sad or ill with my natural brows.... but when I have my brows carefully drawn in (or dyed which i've done before) people treat me so differently its like night and day. Hey Brad... you should do a video on blonds and gingers dying their eyebrows to match their hair. Because that's freakin difficult to do and upkeep... let me tell you !

As someone who is born with blonde eyebrows, I was bullied a lot over having "no eyebrows" telling me I should learn how to "draw them on" it's crazy to see people want to do this.

These were a ride lol. I just use those facial hair bleaching kits and they work super well.
Hi - I bleach my brows regularly to go with my bleached or dyed beard. Looks good on melanin. I often keep the brows bleached platinum while dyeing my beard because they stand out so well. I recommend going to a professional to have this done! you really need NO product like i do paper thin application of thick but still creamy. Too thick and it dries and flakes, too thin and you risk BLINDING yourself. Let the pros do it; they will know the consistency and have control facing you. They need the lowest volume, sensitive creme developer and it should take no more than 15 minutes unless you want to burn the delicate skin of the eye. Please be safe and visit your local beauty shops for help! Happy dyeing.
also for those who do bleach, if you want to maintain platinum: I recommend at home using storebought keratase purple conditioner, or something similar without lather, in a thin layer every few days in the shower! just like 2 minutes.

I dyed my own regrowth copper on the weekend because my hairdresser will not answer the phone or call me back.
I also dyed my eyebrows because they were so dark. Now I have copper brows and I love them. Was super nervous, turned out amazing!
I did it this summer!! My color completion is very similar to yours, light hair and dark, almost black thick brows.
I rocked bleached brows matching my blond hair but it started to grow out really quickly and looked ugly growing out

My youngest son had naturally blonde hair and eyebrows and he would always get frustrated that apps with face filters wouldn't work for him because they look for eyebrows and from a distance it looked like he didn't have eyebrows. I don't know why someone would want to lighten their eyebrows!
I’m not a fan of it either. I didn’t really like any of the looks on this video. I darken my own brows I couldn’t imagine someone lucky enough to have prominent dark brows getting rid of them. 😂😂
I had (completely natural) ice blonde hair until my late teens but my eyebrows were always a little darker than my hair, its now a "dirty" blonde with early onset greying/white streaks (started at 29) but my eyebrows havent got darker. I dont really get why you'd bleach them to make them as pale as your hair, but each to their own.
