It’s quite likely the medication he takes for Ankylosing Spondylitis can’t be used with alcohol. I have rheumatoid arthritis, a different autoimmune disease, and I can’t drink because it can negatively impact my medication. It is nice to see supportive friends for someone who doesn’t drink, half my friends just don’t go out to eat with me any more because they only want to be at a restaurant with other drinkers.

He's chronically in pain so his pain tolerance is definitely above the general able bodied population

@@FrogWitch666 Ned confirmed it was a full blown relationship and some speculate it’s been around a year that they’ve been involved, it isnt just a kiss. not to mention that being drunk shouldn’t affect the perception of it. Not only was his family affected but he almost ruined his friend’s careers because of the whole workplace aspect.
@@FrogWitch666 I get what you're trying to say and do. And I know your intentions are good. I also know there are a lot of people who do go over-the-top about this. But it was a pretty serious situation. We have no reason to believe they were drunk, it seems things with Alex lasted some time... and yes it is still cheating if you are intoxicated. We also all have some idea of what we're like when we're drunk. Or feelings or thoughts that might come out during that. Getting black-out drunk is a silly move in any situation, but if you have feelings toward someone outside of your relationship, and a wife and children to protect then doing so in the presence of that person is a very bad idea.
I'm guessing you want to defend Ned because A you like him and want to think of him as a good guy, and B you don't want extra stress on Ned and Ariel (and also his children, since it's basically impossible to hide this from them as they grow up). I also want to believe Ned's not a bad person. I don't jump to conclusions and witch hunt people, but I also think the Try Guys wouldn't have completely kicked him out if they considered the situation to be resolvable. I do hope Ned and Ariel stay together as it will be less stressful for their kids. But on the other hand, I only hope for that outcome if Ned is genuinely sorry and these things don't happen again. I would hope he's capable of seeing how severe this situation was.
