Also in comp they slug. I think slugging to apply pressure is real but slugging as your primary win condition is wack.
They need to create a perk that allows you to pick up other teammates if you are both down next to each other. There can be some kind of trade off so it isn't OP, like your recovery speed while dying is extremely slow, you get the broken status for 60 seconds, or you become oblivious, etc. Just yesterday I had 2 games where the killer downed everyone and watched everyone bleed out.
If this game had ranked i’d be chilling in ash with the rest of the noobs using all the fun perks like dramaturgy, flashbang, blastmine and chemical trap.
The problem is when i put on a meme build with zero anti tunnel, i immediately get a killer who camps hooks & tunnels at 5 gens lmao. I’d be running pebble, head on, deception, flashbang every game if i didnt.

@@yhz15 Lmao yep yesterday I got bled out by a Wesker for using the head on + flashbang combo. I also blastmined him twice.
I think i’m just gonna play that way from now on though. It actually makes dbd way more fun tbh even if do die 80% of the time or get bled out.

The past 50 games I’ve played half are just the killer slugging for the 4k it makes the game so unplayable at points where I just want to delete it

This. As a general rule, gen progression trumps everything. If you complete it, great! 20 percent of the team objective done. If you get chased off of it, also good! It forces the killer to choose between going for the hook immediately or kicking the gen first which takes time. If you get away, even better! Now they're demoralized and have to kick the gen or risk making it easier to be done.
At the end of the day, each match of Dead by Daylight is a race and the best way to win is to slow the killer down and keep him busy.

Idk what this vid is about but Slugging is ruining the game. The killers have the best perks and essentially is essential to a fun game. I don’t understand, from a killer pov how it’s fun to guard a hook and tunnel the same survivor, who probably don’t even know what a loop is

Well, the art department does skins and developers do the game mechanics. I don't agree with base kit unbreakable and I've been playing for years.

Why both knockout and 3rd seal?
@@Taylor_mamaof2 third seal prevents the slug from seeing teammates after the 16 seconds expires. Also the teammates can’t see their aura even inside the radius (i think 16meter for knockout?) you pretty much get the good pressure with knockout at the beginning and then snowball out of third seal after everyone has been hit. Surge helps a lot to keep gen pressure and bamboozle it’s just good chase perk no matter what

@@Mr_R_Oil it works against SWF too if you manage to keep good pressure and get good chases. It’s more map dependent tbh if you manage to keep good rotation of drones and map control. Any meta build will stomp soloQ very hard, I main survivor and only solo Q I know how frustrating it can be :/
nah puffalope you are wrong about that if you die you get caught you shouldn´t be able to recover yourself if the killer slugs, just deal with it alt tab and wait the 3 min or whatever, is not a big deal tbh idk how this upsets you so much or bothers you so much, the game has very bad design and nowdays ppl wants to make it fair and balanced wich shouldn´t be since is an isometrical multiplayer and a game where a killer tries to kill you. I understand your frustation but the first killer pi head his slug actually makes sense since hooking or caging you would give you a chance to escape if he slugs you your team has to act they can´t just wait till he hooks you, the second(wesker) one was slugging prob cause he just doesn´t like you. I have like 5k hours or more on killer and i want to play a chill game i cannot bc 9 out of 10 games are against full premades and I most of the time i have to slug bcthere´s always gonna be one either bodyblocking or hovering the chase , yesterday i was playing very chill and i knew all the survivors where hovering so i found 1 i slugged 1 i found another and slugged another etc and i won. Also how many time a survivor goes to a corner bc he cannot be hooked if he dies there? with the hook respawn thing it makes it less probable to happen but eyrie of crow has not a single hook on the back of the main building, the stranger things map has the same problem and ofc there are premades that use 4 petrified oaks and sabo every hook and you are sayin that they should have a basekit way to recover from the dying state? you are just wrong about I hope my comment makes you realize that you are wrong and i wish you much luck on your next games

The pi head wasn t doing it for pressure, it was just to annoys puffalope just because puffalope was 100 times better than him. And as you say it : it is an asymetral video games, what does that mean : at first it is a game, so u must ENJOY playing.
Being slugged to death is the least enjoyable thing as u have to stay on the ground for 5 minutes with dying sound, the killer near being like "look i m too strong !" Without any possibility ti get up other than your allies.
