Ok so sorry to invade these comments again haha, but I have a really important update about this show. I actually finally bit the bullet and emailed the creator of this show the other day, not even expecting a reply or anything!
Guess who replied this morning? It stunned me and my fiance haha but none other than Kenn Viselman the creator. He seemed like a really nice person and his reply has shed some light on this show’s whereabouts….
He said he is sadly aware that there aren’t many eps online, but basically, cos the show was filmed before HD was even a thing, it’s too challenging to convert the show over to HD and current broadcasting standards, and cos of low broadcast fees, it is too expensive to do. It seems like the era it came from, is why not all eps are available to everyone, which makes a lot of sense actually! Hope is not lost totally though. He said he is always hopeful to find new ways to bring more eps of this show to life which is great cos he’s not given up. And he loves hearing from fans, it is one of his favourite shows he’s ever worked on
All we can do for now though, is just hope more eps pop up online, or VHS home videos become available online again. I’m guessing this is the same reason a lot of late 90s/early noughties shows have vanished and are now lost media
I took the opportunity to ask him more info about the show and even cheekily suggested a reboot. Hopefully he will reply again!

I have another show, though you would be, unfortunately, hard pressed to find any footage. Not to worry though: I saw episodes of it before they all got taken down, and there's still a reliable source (which I'll get to momentarily) around on UA-cam.
The show is called Roger & The Rottentrolls. It's a British children's puppet comedy based (sometimes directly) on a book series of the same name by father and son duo Tim Firth and Gordon Firth (no relation to the Salad Fingers creator I don't think) about a 12 year old boy who goes adventuring a bit too far off the beaten path to a hidden valley called Troller's Gyll, and by prophecy or blind luck, becomes king of a motley crew of trolls who are mostly good natured by shouting words carved on a stone, while trying to see if he could make an echo for some reason that I can't remember. The stone carving was "Roger Was 'Ere" or something with similar grammar, though he didn't know until after the fact. These trolls are called Rottentrolls. So called because, according to the lore, Merlin (yes, THAT Merlin) was trying to build a ski resort for the legendary King Arthur, when he accidentally caught a small population of Norwegian trolls in a snowdrift (apparently, from a clip I saw on a retrospective from a few years back, there are still hints of their Norwegian ancestry through some kind of writing around the valley), and they got their name from Merlin doing some light cursing, but not cursing (venting, more accurately) by saying "Those rotten trolls have messed it all up!" though it wasn't intended to be a name. I guess some of the trolls who understood English could make out the words "rotten trolls" and misinterpreted them as being their species name.
Anyway, with backstory out of the way, let's talk characters:
Asgarth: The eldest and wisest (but not smartest) of the Rottentrolls. He's their leader (the writers more officially classify him as president, which is weird because of their country, but that's thinking too much), who firdt introduced Roger to their species, home, community, and lore (history).
Pennyghent: the smartest, as previously mentioned, of the Rottentrolls. She made all their clothes we see in the series (primarily consisting of cardigan sweaters), and was responsible for their underground heating system, I think. If I remember what one of the episodes said anyway.
The Nab Twins: The third youngest of the trolls, they're the teenagers of the community, being into rock and roll (even forming their own band, with the joke being that they can't sing well), and not saying much, but still pretty vocal when excited. You know, as teenagers are.
Yockenthwait (I have literally no idea how its spelled): the stupidest troll. He's good at painting, but that's his only successful intellectual pursuit. Actually, that's his only pursuit from what I know. He's good-hearted, but just really, REALLY dumb. For example: he once brought a family card game pack to a casino, which led him to being literally thrown out. Yeah, this show was a heavy hitter.
Commander Harris: He's a bighorn sheep trained in an ancient Buddhist art called Jim Jam Ya Ha. It's a martial arts form that emphasizes "combat without contact" as Simon Buckley, one of the show's puppeteers put it. Effectively, kind of like The Force, but without the heavy mysticism. I can't really say anything more about his character though, really, other than he's an army sheep who's seen the world.
Those are the only ones I can remember currently that aren't in the spin-offs.
The show ran from 1996 to 2000 on CITV, ABC Kids Australia, and apparently GMTV, and apparently won or was nominated for a BAFTA, and was so successful that it even had two spin-offs, though almost no footage exist for all three anymore. Not unless you wanna buy a DVD from the UK and risk your video being taken down due to copyright.
Now, ir you want to see footage or learn more, I recommend the channel Jack's Throwback Attack -- a podcast channel discussing classic British programs with people involved in that industry. I would recommend you start with his interview with Simon Buckley, the puppeteer I mentioned earlier. They talk about the show halfway through the episode I think

I had an episode recorded on a tape from Treehouse TV in Canada from around 2001. Unfortunately the tape is long gone, but I watched it so many times as a kid that I still remember the episode almost word-for-word.
The topic was learning about heavy vs light, and they didn’t just go like “this thing is heavy and this thing is light” and end it at that. They talked about different things like how a bunch of light things put together can become really heavy, and how items being really big don’t necessarily mean they’ll be heavy. Really going into detail about heavy vs light, which, looking back, I think was brilliant for kids.

In that one show with the Orange and Purple Zebra Puppet, I always thought her Hooves were made of Lucky Charms Marshmallows when I was little. I also would rent Timmy the Tooth, but from Hollywood Video. My older Brother had a High-School friend who worked there and she'd set a young Me onto a Yellow Barrel and I'd watch a Jim Henson's Dinosaurs Tape almost every week on a VCR TV that was in a sideways Yellow Crate on top of a taller yellow Crate with the Store's Logo on the side. I'd rent the Dinosaurs tapes so often that I'd get to watch them free in the store. Btw, I think you should do a video on Between the Lions.

I have another suggestion, though it's not quite so lost as everything else, just more because it isn't well known I feel like:
Swwmp Critters of Lost Lagoon: an American puppet series created by 1970's Country Music legend Bobby Goldsboro (whose best songs are in this show, though he started in the 1960's), about a small community of musically inclined animals (critters as they're known) in a bayou town called Lost Lagoon (I think it's a town anyway) as they teach valuable social and emotional (mostly social) skills to the children watching, with music, humor (though somewhat old fashioned. Not dated, but humor from before the 1990's, where humor became more cartoony in the mainstream. Soft humor, like with The Andy Griffith Show, is the best way I can describe it.
Interestingly, almost every voice except background vocals (and some characters in one Christmas episode with an animated story about an elf that I can't remember the name of) was performed by Goldsboro himself, who has quite the range, as he can do two different accents seamlessly.
I don't know if you like the kind of music in the show (very old-school sounding, mainly Country, Rock & Roll and Blues), but I think the music is the best thing about the show, because of just how unconventional it sounds for a kids show.
I don't know how many of the episodes are lost, but I know you can find some on Dailymotion, UA-cam, and here in America the show was on a Christian channel called TCT Kids. I don't know if they still show it though, because my current cable provider doesn't have that channel.
The show isn't very lively though, mostly a bit realistic. So much so that there's not even background music most of the time, and when characters pause, it can get a bit uncomfortable. Not intentionally, of course. Just a warning
