The 50 mm rules! I love my LUX and my MP240! Keep on rolling!
That was a moment of magic. The 3 boys in the frame. Amazing . Clicked perfectly. Thanks
🙏🙏🙏
Jeff your work will stand the test of time Sir!
You are very kind. Thank you
Terrific image! I love the mood and composition.
Thank you Simon
nice 50mm work ... 50mm is special range, and it leads the viewer into the picture
I think it’s more voyeuristic. Less immersive than a wide angle.
Well-done! Thanks for creating this presentation.
Thanks for watching
Brilliant picture ❤
Thank you so much 🙏
Do you have any videos on practicing seeing things with the golden ration?
Great image! I've always loved the 50mm along with the 35 and 21. But really, I probably use the 50 the most especially if going out with just one lens.
For me, I have to use just the 50mm otherwise I’m tempted to go to a more familiar lens.
Great shot. Thank you for sharing. Is this taken with the first Monochrom? (The M9?)
Thank you. Yes it’s the first Monochrom with a yellow filter on the lens.
I know what you mean about 50mm lens, I'm a Fuji shooter and I keep my 35mm around, which is a 50mm equivalent
Guess that’s why they call it the nifty fifty. Nice story and photo.
Thank you
Is the 50mm on a full frame camera?
A rather expensive full frame.
Yes it is.
That depends…I bought the camera used for half the cost of a new pro level mirrorless. I will probably still be using it in ten years time 🙂
Are the pixels different on a Leica ?
The Leicas we use have CCD sensors rather than the CMOS sensors which are found in most digital cameras.
I have a box full of Fuji lenses but it's the 50 mm equivalent that lives on the camera.
They're not kids! I might have to unsubscribe as that term really irritates me. I worked with young people all my working life but never with kids.
As kids would say, 'Chill!' 😊
Grow up softie, you won’t be missed
