What a Beautiful, beautiful gym! I don't naturally like to work out, but such an environment would certainly inspire me to be better disciplined. I also wanted to say that I have very much enjoyed your autumn and Christmas decorations videos. The only drawback to these was that we are not able to save them for future inspiration . I wonder why the UA-cam kids player format was used for filming these.
Name checks out! Peloton is too much of a cash grab for me. In fact, any cardio I’m hesitant to buy because of limited space and money and there are bodyweight exercises you can do to get the heart rate up. I may get a cheaper bike but still don’t have anywhere to put it really. I’ve kind of prioritized the weight equipment over the cardio equipment and I believe and have seen people get better physiques with weight training over cardio.
