You can also press Shift+K+M on the title screen to engage it in a non-completed save. You need an up-to-date version of the game in either case, though, as Kaycee's Mod didn't exist in the launch version.
That pirate boss if I remember correctly is one of the last challenges you can unlock in kaycees mod it'll take a while since you need to get past teir 12 but that's where it came from I'm assuming it's meant to reference grimorras boss fight that gets interrupted during the final part of the story
@@spirittail4958literally the final challenge other than the optional all challenges on run, which is something I'm considering doing but not sure of yet. The sheer RNG + skill needed, I mean I'm lucky but not that lucky

Mod or bug, to everyone asking "how". I've had plenty of 1 hit/round kill cards to stomp these bosses, and they don't concede immediately like this -in fact I can't recall any boss ever conceding under any conditions. It is POSSIBLE, I suppose, that by getting THAT specific paint-copy mantis with THAT sigil and/or THAT hand of cards trips code that causes him to auto-concede, but the point is this: it's not actually real, lol. It's not something you can actually plausibly accomplish in the game.
@@kenesys8713 it's not real. Bosses don't concede. Leshy doesn't care what you have in your hand. You either win or you don't. You can literally see that bosses aren't supposed to concede, because the handshake animation punches directly through the candle skull.
okay im super curious, what happened once the final boss conceded? it showed the piece going off the map and normally the game is supposed to end after leshy hitting 0 hp without the map at the end....
Yeah, you can do that bug by also quitting during the credits scene and pressing continue run. Your piece would go off the path then, Leshey would take away the map and you'd be soft locked into quitting and restarting your run from the start.
How did this happen? Did somebody mod Inscryption to make Leshy auto concede or? And how does it work with specially the final fights against Leshy/Pirate captian who died of Scurvy? Does it have issues functioning?
You need to finish the game, you will unlock Kaycee's mod (free DLC that is Act 1 but harder), once you beat every challenges, you will unlock this one which replace Leshy for pirate

Kaycee's mod is not an actual "mod" from the steam workshop, its basically the full game + challenges that you unlock once you beat the story mode.
You can also press Shift+K+M on the title screen to engage it in a non-completed save. You need an up-to-date version of the game in either case, though, as Kaycee's Mod didn't exist in the launch version.
How can I get this mode in cra*ck version?

Bro, Kaycee's mod is modification that add some changes and modification to the game, what you just said sounds crazy asf
@@LucckyImp it isn't a mod tho. It's a dlc
So, all you need is a God Mantis with Death Touch for Leshy to concede?

I cant help but feel bad for leshy :( He just wants to play a card game and he loses every single time. poor guy :(
He’s a DM type of guy. Winning or losing doesn’t matter. It’s all about the stories people make through his storytelling.
Plus if he wins you sorta die
And what about that pile of corpses in the corner, huh? He DOES win sometimes... Manytimes...

Hate to break the "how" flash mob, but I'm curious about the pirate boss and map. Is this a mod, or is there really one in the game?
the only non-how comment
Yes
Its in the kaycee mod (offical)
@@dreamerofthorns Kaycee's Mod wasn't a literal mod I think, it was always an officially developed gamemode.

Scoop.
I had an unkillable Mantis God with 11 damage and 16 health and didn't even see it once :(
Omg what happened to that pirate hahahaha
I don't understand why he concedes
Was this a mod? Ive never had a boss concede. Not once.
Leshy concedes when he clearly has no cards to overturn his situation, that means running out of cards or this
Leshy Boss never concedes
Yeah I bet he would after loosing to a lamb!

Did you know that if in part one of the normal game, if you buff ourobouros by making it die, it still pass to other tries and to part 2
What is Kaycees mod? Is it in the vanilla game? Cause that pirate boss looks amazing
