    Can we use LPG flame to heat or is there any other options? Heard its not healthy, olden days they used coal or traditional stoves to burn the vegetables.

    Nostalgic recipe. Amma would make it when were children. Amma would also make it with potato. The roasted Banana and potato on coal fire was amazing.😋😋

    Very nice dish. Rakesh ji can I just give an idea... I do the same recipe with a little difference (rather a twist)... after peeling the roasted banana you can grate it like carrot and after a good seasoning ( I add ajwain instead of saunf bcoz banana causes gas trouble and digestive problems) add the grated banana and saute for a few minutes add salt , turmeric, then add the grounded powder and remove after a minute or two and serve.
    Hope you like my recipe

      If I may answer that,. .. after roasting/grilling, we have to complete remove all the charred parts .. consuming the charred parts is bad, the inside is fine.
