Very nice dish. Rakesh ji can I just give an idea... I do the same recipe with a little difference (rather a twist)... after peeling the roasted banana you can grate it like carrot and after a good seasoning ( I add ajwain instead of saunf bcoz banana causes gas trouble and digestive problems) add the grated banana and saute for a few minutes add salt , turmeric, then add the grounded powder and remove after a minute or two and serve. Hope you like my recipe
If I may answer that,. .. after roasting/grilling, we have to complete remove all the charred parts .. consuming the charred parts is bad, the inside is fine.
I felt todays video was full of Rakesh.... kindly focus on the cooking... frying of masala ingredients was not covered well also focused on raw banana which was burning
