Early rounds they're more critical. It feels like towards the later rounds they're pointing out the good more than what can be improved. To highlight what they've learnt. Also Joe isn't a judge here so that's a bunch more positivity from the start

A cake rack is not meant to be on a hot burner. The stainless isn't a high enough content of steel to be subjected to high heat. The stainless will flake off and get into the food. NOT a good idea, creative yes, but got idea?? NO!
