A tribute to Ivor Noevollo and his last musical "Valley Of Song"-completed after his untimely death in 1951.
The British comedy duo Hinge and Bracket were synonymous with the works of Ivor Novello and included numbers from many of his shows in their radio,stage and TV concerts.
This tribute contains 3 numbers - " Heart of the Melody", Those Were The Days" and "Soldier Lad".

Ivor would have a fit listening to the pianists in this video. One an electric piano, the other 'Braket' bangs away like a 'barrel organ'. Just please listen to Ivor playing in the 'Dancing years' with Mary Ellis.
