DJI ACTION 2 LOW LIGHT 🔅 Test Footage & Original Sound - Recorded until overheated.

- This is a recording done with the DJI Action 2 magneticly mounted to the DJI Action 2 Lanyard.
This video is meant to demonstrate the cameras Low-Light Performance during a night walk through the city.
the DJI Action 2 was deliberately set to 4K/60 rather than 4K/120 to allow for a slower shutter speed and allowing for more light to hit the DJI Action 2 Sensor.
The recording was kept running until the camera overheated (outside temperature about 6C°).
The Audio as well as video was not touched and is straight from the camera.
This video is not meant to weight the results of this DJI Action 2 Low Light Recording. It only serves as a demonstration of the DJI Action 2 Low Light Performance.

Awesome footage ;) you have my Like.
✌️
This is so mesmerising *also it's me arisplayz100 :D*
Ye that's why "walking channels" are a thing on UA-cam
Not bad
I am a little underwhelmed with the result, but low-light is for all action cameras pretty challenging.
If you get the chance, could you film again the part along the street with cars/lights but at 24fps with 1/100 shutter speed?
I can already tell you that would be even a darker video. (Due to faster shutter speed)
@@GreenBoxMedia yes, obvioulsy... but what about the warping/shacking of the lights due to the poor stabilization? a faster shutter speed may reduce that
Also if you noticed I asked for 24fps to increase the light (make no sense filming at 60fps at night)
@@simoz78 When you shoot with a 1/100 of a second shutter, It does not matter if you record in 100 fps or 24fps. The time light will hit the sensor is still 1/100 of a second in both cases. - I will try to take a look at a faster shutter when im out during night next time.
How do you fix the shakyness of the video?
In general, holding the camera steady or using external stabilizers like a 4 axis gimbals would do that. In this video, the camera was not stabilized and simply handheld.
ant overheating issues?
This video ended in overheating. I also have another video on my channel demonstrating the overheating.
