Agreed. I spent time away from SVU and when I came back and caught up, I was unimpressed with where they took the character. But still so fun to watch!

It was so stupid to have her character having done all that, over a man of all things. Like they try to show how gross the guy was but it doesn't matter because she didn't kill *him* but his innocent, pregnant, fiancee. Like this is just egregious character assassination and I can't even begin to fathom why, like she was already rarely appearing on the show, why have her show up just to whisk her off to prison? Plain stupid

You know what I'd have found funny? If instead of giving Dana the stupid jealous-girlfriend-criminal arc which came way out of left wing, if they'd had her come back for an episode and it was Amaro who wound up in the hospital. Ah well. This video was great, as always!

Hands down was one of the shows best characters! I know people hated the way they sent her to prison but her acting in that episode was phenomenal.
The acting was phenomenal. If it didn't mean the character was gone, I would have enjoyed the actual episode. But I so wasn't done with her character.

I really miss Munch and Fin :) They added so much comic relief that is missing and it was so effortless.

She did get suspended but it was much earlier during Elliot’s partnership with her. season 8 episode she went beserk, even yelled at the captain which got her suspended badly
