- Need a quick dinner tonight? We got you covered! This Sweet Chili Salsa Verde Stew is just what you're looking for. It is soooo good and comes together in just 15 minutes!
Sweet Chili Salsa Verde Stew
Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken, removed from the bones and chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups frozen corn
3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 16 oz jar Salsa Verde
1 15 oz jar mild chunky salsa
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add all ingredients to pot and bring to a simmer. That's it! Dinner is done!
Serve with toppings of your choice!

This just looked liked the perfect day! I live in Florida and it doesn't get cold here much. Now the panhandle, or very north Florida does get cold in the winter. But I live south of Tampa and it rarely gets cold. It's been in the high 70's here the last few days and we all think its wonderful! That's our Fall. You have such a beautiful property and a beautiful family.

Titus is right-we won’t be wearing any coats or hats or raking leaves anytime soon down here in FL. But we did have a lower temp today-it was 75 degrees this morning and I had to wear a jacket on our walk! 😮 I do like the idea of a little bonfire though but it’s usually not cool enough for that. The truck looks awesome-you guys are fast!! The salsa verde chicken stew does sound easy and good-I may try that. Good evening. ❤
People that live in Arizona only have two seasons summer and winter.sometime stay summer all year around. One season that I love is spring when all the baby's animals are born and anyd watching the mother animals come out with their babies. My husband and kids love summer time so he can start cooking out on the grill and my kids love going swimming in the lake.

I am from Florida! When the temps get cooler than 70 I am cold. That is no joke. I have a sister that lives in TN, and she thinks it sooo funny. She sent me screen shots of her temps, that are in the 30s already. I love seeing the place up there, it is beautiful, but I can grow a garden year round here, I just have to fight the bugs for my groceries!
