Hey TC, I've only ever lifted a little in a 7s lineout but get lifted and lift a lot for kick-offs in 7s. It's all about technique, getting low and getting a good grip and then building a relationship with the jumper for their triggers when they're going up.
Hey Damian, we're looking to be explosive so take full rest between sets. All about quality rather than quantity. 3 mins is a good rough guide, but tailor it to how you're feeling!

Hey Tengku, you can do either, perform them as their own session or use them as part of activation for a sped session 👌
