  • Welcome to my kitchen! Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite dishes - Cambodian Fried Rice (Bai Cha). This recipe is simple yet full of flavor, and it’s a staple in Cambodian households. The key to this delicious fried rice is using jasmine rice, along with fresh vegetables, eggs, and savory seasonings that bring out the authentic Khmer taste.
    This fried rice is one of my top comfort food! A special recipe from our father.

    🌿 Ingredients:
    - Rice (day-old works best)
    - Eggs
    - Garlic, onion, and green onions
    - Chicken Broth Soup Base Mix
    - Soy sauce, fish sauce, Oyster Sauce and pepper
    - Chinese Sausage & Shrimp
    - Optional: MSG
    - Fresh vegetables of your choice (carrots, peas, green onions etc.)
    👩‍🍳 Tips:
    - Pro Tip: Use day-old rice for the perfect texture - fresh rice can be too sticky.
    - Add shrimp, chicken, or beef for extra protein!
