Relax with this Home Cooking Cambodian Fried Rice with Vegetables and Sausages
Welcome to my kitchen! Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite dishes - Cambodian Fried Rice (Bai Cha). This recipe is simple yet full of flavor, and it’s a staple in Cambodian households. The key to this delicious fried rice is using jasmine rice, along with fresh vegetables, eggs, and savory seasonings that bring out the authentic Khmer taste.
This fried rice is one of my top comfort food! A special recipe from our father.

🌿 Ingredients:
- Rice (day-old works best)
- Eggs
- Garlic, onion, and green onions
- Chicken Broth Soup Base Mix
- Soy sauce, fish sauce, Oyster Sauce and pepper
- Chinese Sausage & Shrimp
- Optional: MSG
- Fresh vegetables of your choice (carrots, peas, green onions etc.)
👩🍳 Tips:
- Pro Tip: Use day-old rice for the perfect texture - fresh rice can be too sticky.
- Add shrimp, chicken, or beef for extra protein!

@@tomykite I once was painting an abstract piece on the floor. I using some acrylic neon pink, green, and purple. And I don't mean neon as in super light. I mean the bioluminecent hurt your eyes neon. I was almost done but I swiveled over to to the left and spilled a bucket of this metallic black that I was using for my dresser all over the art. I rushed in with a paper towel and brushed all the black of that I could in a hurry but it was too late. Wasn't until it dried that I saw how awesome it actually looked😅😅

@jumpinallaround thanks bro ^-^, my advice is to block. Don't hop into, just let both of your feet hover over the group by a few inch so you can use that momentum to pop right up. What i do is when i run into my jump i already have my arm up to help me rotate in mid-air. Look forward. Just keep practicing and you'll get it eventually! Thanks!
