Hi Favour, yes you can depending on where you want the apartment. This is common on the island, I can’t really tell about mainland but if that’s your target area, I’m sure you will find. The accommodation can either be like a furnished apartment and you just pay monthly or you find a landlord that takes monthly pay, this is mostly common for shared apartments. I’m not an agent but if you find a good agent, you can be specific with what you want and he/she would work with your terms and budget, all the best.

Did I hear u saying only camp gas is allowed inside one of the flats cos it is inside an Estate?? Dat is a No for me! Even the one one wld paint by self!!! Itz a big NO o Rumi😃😃
Lmao, well they don’t even allow camp gas at all, you are suppose to sneak around while using it. I also do not understand the concept of painting for the house but they claim most people go ahead and paint after the landlord has painted so they just leave it for the tenant. Personally, I will like the option of painting as a choice not me having to compulsorily paint someone’s house.
