Just came across you channel and love your videos and have been binge watching your older videos. Just a note on growing ginger…the more nodes a piece, has the more shoots it will grow above ground, the more energy is sent below ground and that makes for larger rhizomes. Hope that makes sense 😊

I have had real good luck growing ginger, and no success at growing turmeric. You have me beat on starting ginger and turmeric, I do not start until around May. I have planted my tomatoes outside last week though.
