Decision management can be used only in Flow Designer? or any other modules?

Decision Tables can be used either directly from Flow Designer or through the DecisionTable API. We're working on making it accessible from other places in the platform as well.

We have a lot of replication in flows where a certain condition for a task will set the ritm to x, y and z. Would it be possible to create a decision table that would run anytime this would occur in a flow? It would reduce bloat greatly.

is there a audit log who changed the decision table and what was changed when (incl. old/new value)?

Currently this is only available for exporting to / importing from Excel. (Safe Harbor) We're working on extending the (new in Vancouver) Draft Authoring capability to include a change log.
