Hi Tintin! It would be nice and helpful if u could share some more info about the hiring process u went through, the qualifications needed, how did you prepare for the interview in general. I'm a new subscriber and your content is really inspiring :)
Hey Matteo! Glad you’re enjoying it, interesting that you want to hear about that, I’ll try to make a video about it in future! Thanks for the comment :)
Hi Tintin! I like your videos! They all look amazing! Just planning to go to the UK to study a GDL, but not sure if can use the GDL result to apply for graduate programmes :( Do you have any thoughts on that? Thankss
That’s an aspect I still don’t understand if I’m being quite honest. This is a good video, but yeah, how do consultants, who tend to be recent graduates, lend weight to their ideas and arguments?
Thanks Tomas! Yeah I think it’s an important idea, Nassim Taleb has a book called Skin in the Game which I’m keen to read in the future, I’m sure it’d give some more useful perspective
@@tintinsmith I think it is tricky though as having skin in the game also clouds perspective with agenda/politics/tactical mentalities - can be extremely hard to be truly strategic (which almost requires some dispassion) while you are in the trenches of a problem/organisation. Its something I think you mentioned at the front of the video around the focus of consulting needing to be on value added to clients, and having a professional pride around that and using it to create an almost virtual skin in the game.
Yeah completely agree, I do mention when I talk about skin in the game the benefit of perspective which you’ve just mentioned, I think thats also really valuable
Even I'm not a consultant, def love your cool-nerd style 😚
I did not know anything about consulting but I really want to become a consultant and your video helps a lot. Love from India ❤
hello, have you started?
@@hannahdsouza5500 I tried to start but got a job as a hiring recruiter so i moved into HR but I still want to become a consultant

You are so cute hhh
It was deep
How can you give advice without experience? You have absolutely zero business or work experience. Is this what companies pay millions for?
