Hi Greg. I notice on your photo in the latest Motorhomes publication that you have a security solution as part of your jockey wheel. Can you let me know what that product is and how you rate it. Cheers Tony
Hi Tony We have a Bos 370 jockey wheel * www.bos370.com.au/ * we fitted it as we managed to destroy the original Jayco one. Its a great bit of kit and defiantly makes hitching and unhitching easier. it stays on the van tow bar all the time and retracts when we are travelling. It was quite expensive (about $600 I think ) but its been great even Sandy can unhitch the van. Hope you enjoyed the article thanks for reading. Cheers Greg
With a new van there is always the issue of getting the van from the dealer to an installer when your car or van is not set up for electric brakes. Elecbrakes is almost doable as there is only 4 screws or cable tie needed to be on your way
Thanks Greg, Never knew there was a product like that in the market, it’s definitely going on our new journey caravan arriving in July hopefully ! Looks easy for a DIY but don’t know I am no good in electrical.🤣
A bit of light humor in there Greg, love it.
Remember, just pace yourself😆
Thanks For watching, Good advice

Yea Steve we like it and the Brake controller (next video I hope) is a real game changer in my opinion
Now if only the the trailer didn't need to be connected to the towball this would be useful!
