This is insightful and It would bring great to integrate, however it takes black people sooooooo long to adjust that we wont see the effects of implementation for generations. It is just now being seen that a man can be positive, gentle, encouraging and still be protective. We (society) made men the monsters for so long in an effort to invoke fear and we are barely functioning from the effects of those eras. Great job discussing the elephant in the room gentlemen
