Bizarre if you happen to see this I just want to say You and Em are my 2 favorite rappers when it comes to bars, no one else does it like you guys and when you guys hit a collab everyone knows it's gonna be nothing but straight 🔥 bars all the way through and I'm definitely not trying to "push my own road in life onto you" so don't take it that way; but I recently have been going through a debate in my head on if I should release about 10 songs worth of music I've made over the years (I haven't released them cause I wanted to get an album worth of stuff together and release it with my homies music, not to mention I've been busy with real life) but I was the biggest drug user I knew IRL and a few people have tried to top me but all them tapped out after a few hrs of usage (not saying I couldn't be "out-drugged" just saying everyone I knew/all their friends they knew couldn't consume higher amounts than me) I also swore more than I spoke "normal words" (and IK I mentioned my drug usage already) but smoking in general was a thing done every 1-3 hours when I was "casually smoking" through a big dab rig with pure 0.3-1 gram THC rips (and if it was a challenge thats when I took multiple grams worth of dab to the head at once; or on special occasions like holidays) but to get back on the topic of the "my own road in life" part of this comment; recently I ended up finding God (or He found me) I've been doing some research on the topic of drug usage, swearing and dark humor (the 3 things I was best at imo and the 3 things I loved to listen to when it came to music) and to my knowledge from what I've figured out all those things are a "no go" (IDK your personal religion as you've said multiple things in multiple songs, so just know I'm not trying to "use a religion that you aren't against you" (if that makes sense goodsir) but Jesus said *The things that come out of a person’s mouth come from the heart, and these defile them. For out of the heart come evil thoughts-murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander. These are what defile a person* then in Ephesians 5:3-7 it says *But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God’s holy people. Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving. For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person-such a person is an idolater-has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath comes on those who are disobedient. Therefore honor God with your bodies.* this is referring to sexual immorality not substances (to my knowledge) but I've had so many people use this verse when referring to substance abuse (but personally I'm not trying to "add or take away with this" that's why I'm giving you the full verses and not just "what people seem to want others to hear") Ephesians 5:18-20 says *Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.* 1 Corinthians 10:12-13 says *So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don’t fall! No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.* and probably a bunch more I personally haven't found yet and/or don't remember at the moment again I don't want to "push my own road in life onto you" but I want everyone to be saved, and washed in the blood of Jesus Christ so we may dwell in the house of the Lord forever In Jesus Name! @@FromThe3021 I appreciate your kind words goodsir, much love to all of you I can't say for everyone, but I can say at least for me I didn't need to get shot in the leg, but God shot me in the heart with His Word, I use to think God was against me and proclaim it in the form of "God looks at my life like a comic and laughs at my misfortune" but one day after saying that I had this thought out of nowhere like "you know what I should probably turn to the Gospel and see what God really thinks and not my assumption of what He thinks" so that night I ended up listening to the book of Matthew on an audio track and all I can say is "I felt my sins hit me like a truck" for lack of better words, along with that I heard where Jesus was talking about what comes out of your mouth makes you unclean and the unforgivable sin and I was very concerned I had already committed it without knowing, so I consulted a bunch of pastor's and people about a week after (the reason I did that was 1. I didn't know where to turn for advice so I figured I'd keep listening to the Bible and 2. I heard a Bible verse that said *For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.* 2 Timothy 4:3) and I wanted to make sure I wasn't just talking to someone who would "only give me what I wanted to hear" so I kept praying about it and asking a bunch of people (pastor's and UA-cam videos included) in case I would get different responses and they all gave me the same response being *if you committed the unforgivable sin, you would have no desire to be forgiven or want to follow Christ* which was kind of reassuring as I've said just completely eviI demonic things in my life that I'm not proud to even admit, but lying about it won't change it; so it was an encouragement to not only hear that Jesus came for sinners but to also be living proof that Jesus can touch the hearts of anyone willing to seek and a verse I can relate to probably more than any other verse is 1 Timothy 1:15 Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners-of whom I am the worst. may God bless you in the Holy name of Jesus Christ 🙏
