What's further interesting is what would happen if this crashed into the sun and it's true meaning of potential survival.
Revelation 8:12 "The fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck,
a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them turned dark. A third of the day was without light, and also a third of the night."

For every new weapon, there comes a ton of civilian side inventions like memory foam etc.

I care. What you listed are definitely legitimate concerns but why do we need to discredit space exploration altogether? It’s still a VERY important field in science (arguably the most important long-term) and we should be focused on it. I hope when Trump takes office he can increase NASA’s budget. And what’s stopping them from both stopping the drones and conducting space exploration? The two aren’t even remotely related either.

We know it’s hot dummy , it’s stuff like this that’s gonna progress us and help us advance our technology and if more people started thinking like you we wouldn’t be as far advanced as a civilization so stop worrying about the 100 billion that we spent learning about the many different things that I guarantee you you didn’t look up of what this probe actually found out and also remember that we as Americans spend more on useless stuff than we do space travel look at the whole Ukraine situation, but I bet you would just love for us to be stuck in the past and not actually have any technical innovations in the next hundred years, your mindset if we all followed, would hold us back as a species
