hi seek help. is it possible to connect a cd transport direct to the analoq input?
Need some help. I don't have a computer, so I want to use hi res streaming sources instead of starting to download hundreds of lossless files. Will this be an easier alternative to just buying a laptop and a DAC for my purpose? This appears to be a one-stop tool to play TIDAL or Qobuz streaming without having to buy a DAC. Anyone have a thought to share?

Hi. If I several of these (for several zones) how do I stream the same spotify music to several zones at the same time?
If you are playing the same song, it is easy, as the Zones can be linked. Seperate Spotify tracks require seperate accounts for each stream.
I just ordered one, gonna try pair it with a mid 90's NAD216....

Great review, would turning the Yamaha on, turn on the power on to my av receiver which I would have it connected to? I can't find the answer anywhere.. you mentioned trigger, is that a cable that's needed to connect, sorry for my limited knowledge on these things..
If your AV receiver has a trigger in, it will turn on with the WX-C50. BUt a trigger "in" is unusual
@@TLPCHC thank you, ive since discovered that if I had a yamaha av or stereo amp, it would work with the trigger, providing it was an up to date av or amp...

I’m having trouble with this at the moment . I had go through the set up again but when I add it to my WiFi as suggested the password you have to put in doesn’t pop up to let put it in so I can’t finish the WiFi set up. Any ideas?
If you enter the wrong password it does not proceed and fails to let you know the password is wrong. Check the password

Hi, it doesn’t get to that point. The password request doesn’t pop up. It just seems so connect but nothing happens. I try going through the steps with my iPhone
Borrow an Android phone (or tablet) connect it to your wifi and do the set up with it. You won't have the same issue.
Can this do RCA input and output thru optical ?

How would you run your TV audio through this?
If you have on old stereo, the WX-C50 can "refresh" the amplifier with all the missing features - like Optical digital in.

Can you connect a turntable

The only thing I hate is the volume plastic knob. Feels cheap and definitely cheapens an otherwise a fine sounding preamp.
I guess, for the money, this unit is faultless in my eyes.

I don't think it can run a USB thumb drive? so I am told.
It will play external USB pen drives, via the esternal USB.
Thank you for the information, I will most likely give it a try then. I was told by people that sell it it wouldn't. I have a 9.2 Denon that has the input but won't play the music but my oppo works perfect. @@TLPCHC
