- Me trying Getting a quick chest workout in just showing a few of my highlight sets
I weigh around 130
pounds and bench 200 power clean 225 i can box jump to my nipples however high that is and box squat 345
just trying to show not every skinny kid i weak
Im 15 my bodyweight is 116 and i can bench 185 for 1 rep
16 years old body weight 208: bench is 265, squat is 365, desdlift 415
what are you taking?, and do you mostly do bench press and not others, because your bench is good but i couldn't tell if i didn't see u benching it
the only thing i take is a bit of creation that is in my protein shakes, currently all of my lifts have gone up except bench because I have only been benching once or so a week, i will show a video of me doing squats soon
same as me, have you tried amino acids? I'm thinking about giving it a shot , i would rather see a transformation vid than a squat, also could you recommend a brand of creatine
the best bang for your buck as far as creatine goes is just the plane old creatine monohydrate if you can get it in your preworkout or protein shakes that's even better. amino acids just help you build muscle and recover better if you don't already get them in your diet, if you have a well balanced diet then you should be fine on those. what kind of transformation video are you talking about?
do you have a specific brand? i mean like a for the first time u lifted to now showed your progression, this is if you have the photos/vids to make put it together
i do not have any video's from when i started but i could probably find pictures of me from when i first started.

and thats good for your weight but not your age. As you get older your bones and muscles get stronger So youre pretty much benching as much as a 15 year old weighing 180. I Myself weigh 168lbs and am currently 16, Bench pressing 255x6, 265x3 275x2 and 280x2. Deadlifting 405x5, 415x4, 425x2 and 445x1. Squat 295x10, 315x5, 325x3 and 355x1, Thus Tottaling 1080lbs. Not trying to Clsoe your curtains or anything but just giving you a type of motivation to fuel your Future with powerlifting or whatever you may have plans for.
