I don't know if he helps at the dodge parts in songs like no hope or last course but he doesn't help at the writing part at no party. Incase you don't know, he originates from mario maker 2 when you fail at a story mode level too much, there he finishes for you the level but he doesn't help you finish the wxtra missions. But long story short, in mario madness he is basically the bot mode.
