So in order to keep the rate down drivers have to risk their lives. “ Not safe to pickup should be in the category of “ no child seat”! Once a driver states “ not safe to pick up”, end of story, no effect on cancellation rate period.
That is one of the worst places to be is Southside Chicago,either he was stupid and didn't know it or I have no idea. You do not go to the south side of Chicago, especially anytime in the dark. Bad enough to go there during the daytime!!

Pretty sure the driver won't be taking trips because Uber will deactivate him due to having a damaged vehicle that their insurance will sandbag.
