Here are four more tips and tweaks that I found online. As always, let me know your thoughts and - if you like them - show some love for the video by liking and sharing it. Who knows, you might even consider subscribing to the channel for the next ones.
Either way, I hope the video helps you.
Really enjoying this video series! Short, clear, and very useful. Thanks for putting them together!
Glad you like them! Thank you for taking the time to let me know. As long as I find new tweaks, I will continue sharing them.
This channel is awesome.
Thanks for the incredible help.
Happy to help! I am really glad to hear that. Thank you for your comment!
Wow really cool tips and actually a breath of fresh air, some things nobody else talks about! 🙏
That's very kind of you. Thank you! Which one do you find the most useful for you?
@@leanproductivity didn't implement it yet but the missing files thing. Also in the other videos there are cool Tipps
The missing files tip, thank you.... I spent a good part of a day trying to figure out where a link was coming from
That's great. That it helped, I mean. Not that you spent so much time before finding the tip. Thank you for your feedback, too.
greatly appreciate your know-how and commitment to share
Thank you, mate. I really appreciate your support!
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Interested in the topic: "Obsidian and academic writing".
Convert md to latex and pdf.
Control the layout, multiple languages in the text, use style file and preamble from latex.
Thank you for the suggestions. I don't know anything about latex, but I will add those to my list. Much appreciated.
I find myself with 300 empty files. They only have metadata and are the names of colleagues in the company (a sort of crude CRM). I wonder if there isn't a different way to make these files more "alive" and useful. Some idea? Thank you! Great video.
As always, it depends on your own needs and the purpose of those notes. Next week, I will release a video about building a CRM in Obsidian, including a template for "person" notes. Perhaps this will give you some ideas, too. Thank you again for your feedback and for taking the time to comment!
When using the TOC colour formatting, the name of the file is also changed (to H1) any way to stop that?
Hm. I had not noticed that. I am not sure if this can be avoided because I don't know how Obsidian defines the note title - it seems to be "H1", though. I suggest getting in touch with the original poster - the link is in the description - he might be able to help.

I found a way to hide the title (the large version at the top of the page). Normally the file name is displayed twice, at the top just under the tab, and at the top of the page, both can be used to rename the file.
div.inline-title {
display: none;
}
that's great. thanks for sharing!
