✔INGREDIENTS:
1 Eggplant
Olive oil
salt and pepper
🔹
1 medium potato
salt
Pepper
Sweet paprika
Dried oregano
Olive oil
🔹
Tomato purée about 60g
Mozzarella 200g
1 Half leek
Capers
Dried Tomatoes in Oil
parmesan
dried oregano
olive oil
1st Cooking : Bake the aubergines at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
2nd Cooking: Put everything back together in the oven at 180°C ( 450°F ) for about 20 minutes.

and spices, stirring them up then adding the food that I want to cover them with,
