When people go to see a therapist or a healer, they are usually overloaded with sick energy, and they need someone to take over their negativity, so they could experience a relief. Thus, any healer, therapist or energy worker cannot help picking up sick energy from clients as he or she works directly with their physical and energetic bodies, and their toxic energies.
Being a healer is a hard but honourable work, as there is nothing more gratifying as seeing other people get better after a given treatment.
Every person possesses healing capacities as a birthright: we all have healing hands and healing hearts. Some people have more pronounced innate abilities, other people require some training to become a healer.
Though, special practice and studies are needed for both of these types, as one should learn how to handle bigger amounts of energy, and ground and recycle others’ sick energies. If a healer doesn’t learn the basics of spiritual and energetic self-protection, he or she risks to deplete their own energy resources, and pick up loads of negativity that will fester inside.
The Empty and Fill technique is one of the ancient Taoist tools for letting go, grounding and transforming sickness and toxicity into positive, creative and manageable energy. It’s part of Taoist Cosmic Healing art where you release the sick energy to the Earth and trees, and refill another person with healing Cosmic Force energy.
