Grandma Kelly I believe you have the right idea to recover all those bits and pieces of valuable and recyclables items not sure but I did recognize some of the items here is a short list of them a socket with a screwdriver or allen tip on it. Maybe a old PVC valve. Impact driver. Rivet die to form the rivet head. Dome light cover. Hose clamp. Bookcase shelf pin bracket. Aviation snips. Garden Spade or hand digger. Axle bearing Squeeze style hose clamp Nearly all of that can be recycled and or cleaned up and reused keep on digging remember to make it fun and Happy Hunting 🙂 👍
