6:06 Sooo true! There is something about connecting to nature! I need to walk at the park a few times a week, not the same as walking on the city streets at all. Also mental health was so taboo in my families too, so much better now but it needs to be talked more! 💕🥰
Hi Tash! Thanks for sharing! I checked out the magic mind website, and it does seem like something that I could benefit from. I have felt that since the pandemic I have become more of a homebody and my mind isn’t as sharp as it used to be. Do you feel like these supplements have helped with focus and productivity?
It definitely could help. Hard to say bc it works diff person to person. My brain usually has a ton of tabs open at once so this helps me. My husband tries it once during his ICU shift and he didn’t feel like it did anything. If anything he said it relaxed him too much lol. But they do have a 100% money back guarantee
Hi Tash! I know what you mean about talking about mental health amongst Slavics is not a thing it’s on the hush. My family is funny that way! I hope you can talk with your sister and girlfriends because that always helps. I thought YT is also a great outlet to get things off your mind so to speak. It’s positive. I like the little drink but I think some of the ingredients would contradict my medicine for diabetes so I take my supplements my doctor said are safe for me. I’ll ask him about this but honestly I do not think I need it at this time. Tho you never know! 😊 I am doing better food swaps too. I’m also being mindful about my mental and physical health. I want to incorporate more low impact exercise because after having kids my abdominal core is very weak and have to be careful with lifting and pushing! Can you please give me some ideas or make a few suggestions? I want to start simple and small and work my way up. Thank you!!! 🫶🏻✌️
I can relate to a lot of what you said. Yes, definitely always check first with your doctor. I struggled with ab separation and super weak core (also post kids). There are some exercises to avoid. I would say proper form + breathing techniques help when doing certain movements. I actually heard a few ppl recommend going to a physical therapist when it comes to diastasis recti to help with that. I have noticed that when I went low impact and focused more on core engagement + breathing with bthemethod, my core has gotten stronger and my DR is so much better.
