Saw Jeris Johnson open up for Kim Dracula on march 14th at Saint Andrew's Hall, BLAKSWAN was his drummer. They were entertaining for sure. Cool to see you doing your own thing BLAKSWAN!
Oh. Fuck yeah. As a 40 something year old metalhead, it's stuff like this that makes an old man say "The kids are gunna be alright." That's the attitude. That's the anger. That's the intelligence and open eyes. Good music will not die tonight.
It ain’t my cup of tea but you’re absolutely right. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him blow up very soon and really set a trend for this style of music to make a mainstream and modernized comeback
The way this plays into modern violence with an old sound is truly genius for me this is one of the most creative songs I've heard in a really long time modern pumped up kicks i freaking love it!!!!!
Korn gone Hip Hop. The beat is badass I'm 53 and being a Korn fan since Matt Pinfield premiere them on 120 minutes with Blind. When this hits that Jonathan's style tongue twists this shit got me very happy. Good job.
Man, everything from the video production to the Bush era rhetoric (much of which is still alive in reps and dems today) to the lyrics, this isn't even my "style" of music but the Korn vibe during that breakdown was top notch young man!
I get how people feel the Korn vibe but it brings me back to the first time I watched “Jeremy” as well. Gold Star for to the artist and the algorithm 🤩
I've been listening to this song on repeat for the past couple days and I don't see that changing anytime soon bro became my new favorite artist just like that
I watched the WHOLE thing with goosebumps, but when the korn breakdown hit I lost it. Everything about this one is absolutely incredible Seeing you grow as an artist has been a privilege I need you to collab with kim dracula next 🔥🙏🏻
I love this song, it is incredibly well executed; but what I love most is the social criticism. Also, your music style in this song reminds me a bit of Korn, RATM, and Beastie Boys
Please continue what you're doing and don't listen to the haters. You're doing something unique, and that's what makes your music so great. Most people like to pretend they don't care about anything, but when someone talks about things they're passionate about, it comes across as "trying too hard." You have to try hard to be successful, so don't let the haters get to you. Be aggressive and provocative, artists like NiN, Korn, and Marilyn Manson were before not caring became cool.
@@MediaDestroyer I have spent more hours producing music then you. if you think they ripped off an entire band's style you are very wrong. also would love for you to tell me what "riff" they ripped off.
This is sick! I can hear quite a few distinct influences here. The imagery is on point. The little things like the prescription bottle on the table are brilliant.
I suspect Ren had something to do with this ending up on my recommends, lately his yt feed has become my yt feed and it's been awesome. This is great, loving the sound and the message, listened to some of your other stuff too, you're really good. Will keep an ear out for your work from now!
This is one of the Children of the Korn they were talking about *edit* Have listened about 10 times in a day and a half, im obsessed, more like it pls!
There are many references to Korn influence here and that is definitely on display, but if this is the music influenced by Korn then I am happy to be a fan of this as well. Very well done with this song and the video as well.
I'm from Brazil, I'm also an artist, I just discovered his work, and it really inspired me, something rare nowadays, keep going brother, we are the resistance of art, beautiful work.
I GOT every reference.... and I agree.. and I LOVE HIM!!! I FEEL a little weird likening (what I can only assume is a younger then me artist) just bc my daughter would HATE it.. but this is SOOO FIRE. I CANT stop signing it... (then have to listen again... also looked into his other stuff AND Love it) Johnny's got a bone to pick with you'll mother ....😂🙂 I love it so much I feel 14 again 😂
Definitely wearing the influences on the sleeve here (literally lol) but it feels fresh and relevant. Scat section was a little on the nose. Fucking cool tune!
I'm sure SWAN would love seeing it there haha. He calls the bridge the "internets most hated thing" lmao. He gets a kick out of it cause he knows lots of people love him ❤😂 You don't get diehards without doing something right
I have to say I'm a little uncomfortable with this being a practical clone of Freak on a Leash rather than just taking heavy inspiration from Korn as a whole, but I appreciate the Adidas jacket paying homage to the band and letting us know that it's ok for us to be in on it together. I mean, it's a good song - Freak on a Leash was an absolute banger that was on the charts for a very long time. I'm interested to see if BLAKSWAN takes his lyrics beyond talking about guns non-stop on every track but he seems to really be feeling what he's doing so go off, king.
You know I'm 40 something years old and I almost feel like peps my age and being female I should be offended and think this is vile but I love this it's exciting to me when someone brings pure talent and originality and kills it you cannot deny the unbelievable skills this man got❤
I've had this on repeat for mad long. It's been a long time since I've done that!!! This is definitely my new favorite sond by far. Cant wait to see whats next O.o

If KoЯn were making dark rap, it would sound like this. That's really cool, I'm impressed.
To be fair Korn did make dark rap
@@ryanneoverman2498came here to say… if?! Wtf lol

Freak on a leash, with a bit of Twist... cant lie, i like it!!
This is a whole new mood, and I'm 100% here for it lets go!!!
i dont think people understand how hard youre nailing this game right now. this is like on the cusp of something reallllly big.
Listen to Freak on a Leash by Korn. That was about 30 years ago.
It ain’t my cup of tea but you’re absolutely right. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him blow up very soon and really set a trend for this style of music to make a mainstream and modernized comeback
This IS the Big. Go bang 🔫
I agree
This gives me Korn + Sub Urban + Kim Dracula vibes omg Im loving it and Im here for it. You'll get what you deserve
SUBURBAN MENTIONED
Bro I thought the same thing. This shit is a fucking BANGERRRR❤❤❤❤
“Johnny’s got keys to the gun safe lock…”
Chilling.
Everything about this is perfection! The cinematography of this video is seriously beautiful love it all! 🤌💋🔥🔥
The way this plays into modern violence with an old sound is truly genius for me this is one of the most creative songs I've heard in a really long time modern pumped up kicks i freaking love it!!!!!

This is so thoughtfully shot as a video. I really appreciate the artistry. The music is fantastic. You have an old fan here.
The teaser on TikTok worked for me
Same 😂
Brain Squeeze reactions brought me here, because this is 🔥🔥🔥
Naughty Michael Jackson vocals on a KoRn instrumental.
Very descriptive
I wasn't the only one thinking it kinda reminds me of Michael Jackson
@@kenyaellison8454 it definitely has that 90s MJ vibe
@LivingwithPerks I love this song

BACKSTREET BOYS + KORN??? SICK ASF!
I wish I could like this more than once! 🔥🔥🔥
gave me chillz. FUKKIN BANGER!
This new direction you are going in is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THIS SONG!!!! Dope af
I get how people feel the Korn vibe but it brings me back to the first time I watched “Jeremy” as well. Gold Star for to the artist and the algorithm 🤩

lmao no joke me to!!!
I dig that Korn homage
I watched the WHOLE thing with goosebumps, but when the korn breakdown hit I lost it.
Everything about this one is absolutely incredible
Seeing you grow as an artist has been a privilege
I need you to collab with kim dracula next 🔥🙏🏻
Omg if he did a song with Kim I would bust. Like immediately
I've haven't heard of this guy.
Absolutely sick man, the music, the quality and the video goes insane!
I love this so much. Will be on repeat. ❤
When Korn meets Britney Spears. I am IN LOVE. great great work!!!
I was thinking gwen but I can see Brittany.
@1EliPrice for me at the beginning of the song its SO MUCH britney
@ like old Brittany or Brittany after her first diddy party?
Beauty Queen came a long way. Proud of you MB.

Impressive! I feel like I am back in the 90's.

This isn’t remotely unique. They hit an entire band’s style and most of the riff for an existing song
@@MediaDestroyer I have spent more hours producing music then you. if you think they ripped off an entire band's style you are very wrong. also would love for you to tell me what "riff" they ripped off.

I hope you come to Canada one day! I'd love to see you live! I've been addicted to your music lately.
I love this song! You need to be on a stage. Someone hand this kiddo a mic! 💯🖤🔥
This vibe, the words, the visual...spoke to my soul.
I love this song
Wow this is some actual content out the cesspool of youtube. Great job, keep going
This song is so addictive!!! I am hearing it out like 7 times a day
Love your work :-))
jeezus, you/this. brilliant!

Amazing! 🔥 Reminds me a perfect combination between Korn & Redzed
So it was like chills when the chorus hit dude i feel this
After hearing this song live during the Jeris tour, I knew I had to follow along until this one came out. Freaking rad style bro!

Such a powerful message
Such a good video to a song that will be stuck in my head. Well done Swan!
The song needs more recognition
It's like if Jay from Jay and Silent Bob was really into Korn and Marilyn Manson. And i mean that as a compliment.
