As pollinators, bees play a part in every aspect of the ecosystem. They support the growth of trees, flowers, and other plants, which serve as food and shelter for creatures large and small. Bees contribute to complex, interconnected ecosystems that allow a diverse number of different species to co-exist.
Heart to Hive is the story of Dr. Erin English and her love for bees. She shares how being a beekeeper plays an important part in the sustainability of life on earth. Without bees, we would not be able to exist... no pollination , no plants, no animals... no man. This film is to share the importance of the role bees play in preserving humanity & life on this planet. Our hope is that all that see this film will look at bees differently, finding new ways to understand each other and to inspire a global perspective.
