There's a Bluetooth model which is a little pricier. It also comes with hall effect joysticks. I bought that one. It connects with 2.4ghz, Bluetooth, and wired. And also has a significantly better battery life.
@@Funky_Brother Hi, i took the bluetooth version but it works with android only over bluetooth, 2.4ghz connects but none of the controls are working. Have you tested 2.4ghz on android?
Actually, you don't need otg to connect to android devices. Switch to dinput and connect via bluetooth. It is a 2,4g wireless but you can connect it via bluetooth in dinput only for android devices. I have one of those too it a great controller probably the best.
@TKsTechCorner can you please comment on what hub you used to connect the wireless adapter to the phone? i would like to have a specific tested model just in case, thanks in advance
Hi, can anyone explain how can i connect wireless to an android? I've tried all the possibilities, but nothing work and no one (8bitdo too) offer a solution. Help?
@@malumarques4523 will it work with android 8.1? 8bitdo claims it works with android 9.0 and above but im just wondering if itll work with android 8.1 since i dont wanna buy new phone just for the controller
Hi there, unsure if this works with iOS, but I have just posted another video of an iPhone mobile gaming controller if tgat might be of any interest to you. All the best!
Thanks for the clarity of the hands-on experience with this controller.
It comes out of the box at 4:41 after all the rambling and showing off an SN30
nice tests, hopefully the ultimate C will have decent functionality like this one, that's what i'm hoping
The USB port in the hub does work. You can leave it in the dock and plug the dock in.
my control is with the 2.4 connection but I can't connect to Android as you did in the video
Me too, find a solution?
@@Haiemhel Yes! behind the control there is a button with the indications of "x" and "d" just put the button on option D that will connect
Firmware update 2.0 > D-input > press star + home :D
