Thanks for sharing, right now I’m just using my iPhone to make UA-cam videos. I didn’t know much about videography until I started to make UA-cam videos. I’m learning slowly and watching your content is helping a lot!
Glad your finding the videos helpful! Your iPhone can get good quality footage; so there's nothing wrong with starting with that. You might consider looking into an app to give you more control over your manual settings. Filmic pro used to be everyone's go to app, but now that they've gone to a subscription payment model might be worth doing a google search and exploring some of the other options.
