I still remember every word to this song because of how amazing it was when it first came out all these years later the words make more sense now and hit harder
I'm litterally the ONLY one that knows about this band out of everyone I know. Makes me kinda proud that I out of everyone, I was the one chosen to find this amazing band! :)
Same here dude, I wouldn't be surprised if I'm the only person in Sweden who knows about this band. Well perhaps a lot of people have heard the one song from Gran Turismo 4 without ever knowing the name of the band.
This was my shit when it came out and still to this day moves me. Brings back memories of a recently deceased best friend of mine. Thank you so much for hosting the album friend! Happy tears!
Mike Busse is an underrated lyricist. This, Temper Anthem and If You Ever Run Away (the first that always pop in my head) are all awesome awesome awesome. I'm more of an indie/British rock guy but this song is top 10 for me no question (and has been since the first time I heard it in 2004).
I once showed this song to tree of my closest friends and we all ended up in tears and saying how great this song was. I call that powerful in every way, shape and form. Seriously under-rated. I wish these guys kept going. Maybe the world would be a beter place.
These guys should have been way bigger!! Yay, it's pop-punk which normally isn't my thing and I tend to scoff at, HOWEVER, these lyrics and bars were straight TRUTH!!
I used to love these guys but forgot all about them til last night when someone was talking about 'Chronic vaginal Discharge' and the word chronic reminded me of em! Well there we have it lol.
this song is amazing, all of there songs are..... this is one of the few bands that i have not found a song that i hate. they really should get more attention.
So I came across you guys because of Burnout 3: Takedown, never listened to any of your other tracks until this last week. Really great coming across new music especially that reminds me of this time! :)
This whole album is really good. Especially World Keeps Spinning, Shellshocked, New York, NY, Memories in F Minor, Apology for Non-Symmetry, and Say Goodbye.
@ricohabeahan This isn't mindless rap. It's meaningful, it's about real shit. About taking life, youth and people for granted. Imagine how long the songs would go if he sang all that shit out?
they did continue, dlook it up, there's more chronic future songs out there, they just never got popular cuz they dropped their contract and made their own label. but look around on youtube, try songs like if you ever run away (

@lolkthxbyez in my opinion this bad without the rap loses a dimension. i love how they combine all the style i dont think these songs would work well without the rap parts
It amazes me how this album is so slept on, I never stop coming back to it
Truly a masterpiece
Still listening in 2024... I remember this album being out when i was in college.
