Love the views! I wish I were there now, but I'll remain hopeful for the same great conditions in August 2023. The negotiation with my wife about how long I get to come for has begun! 😇😉🌹❤🧎💪

@@SIAAustria If you could explain to me why, after becoming a born-again bachelor after my first marriage, I would fall in love with someone who 1) doesn't like to get cold, 2) is unimpressed by speed, and 3) is afraid of heights, you might have what it takes to become a rich man! Nevertheless, I'm working on getting her over to Kaprun some March after we both retire. She has no concept of spring skiing because she's an accountant and can't take time off after February 15th until May.

It looks a lot more impressive than the piste map & 1000m vert would suggest. And surprisingly quiet considering the great snow conditions. Is it like the US, attracting mostly weekend skiers?
I think as the lift passes are relatively expensive for Argentinians and the fact that all the beginners that I talk about are actually stuck down at the base it keeps the main runs quieter. I will let you know about weekend traffic this season. Normally yes it is a little crazy on Saturday and Sunday.
Great to see these. The area looks sublime. add in some more skiing and it will be great, especially if the skiing is high level and dynamic.

Great vid series. Hoping to travel here this summer but I have absolutely no idea how to coordinate. Is there anyway an experienced traveler could call me to give me some assistance?

This season has not felt too cold. The wind can be the issue with the 🥶 cold air blasting up from the South pole! If the wind is not strong normally it does not feel cold.
