I like to paint my knockers. One is an all black Knocker and another an all white Knocker and the silver with black backed knocker I take paint markers and make it look more like a Crappie. I've nicknamed them Thunder@Lightning@Flash!

I thought I was the only one. He did a little pause when he caught the big one and was doing totally different movements.
Once he caught the big one he started a whole different set of moves which didn't trigger any more bites.
My coworker is really good when it comes to Bass fishing. He took me to ponds he fishes at and while I caught 1 or 2 he already caught 7. And that was all for me for the day. We went to another pond and he destroyed them.

You should fish at Lake Mayer, it is in Savannah.
Well thats why I prefer moderate action; when bass shake their heads to throw the bait, 90% of the time it doesn't come out when I'm using a moderate action rod as opposed to 30% of the time when using a fast action
Parabolic rods are also good for cranking, it's what I use with all mine and they very VERY rarely come off when I'm cranking or throwing anything with treble hooks 🤙🏻
Guys it don’t matter if you are in shallow waters or deep water I caught one perfectly fine in deep

He came off Bc of that fast tip rod and why do folks throw right handed then use their weak hand to control the rod and the strong hand to reel? I have spoken.
I'm guessing comfort. It's so weird, I reel spinning rods left handed (my stronger hand/arm even though I'm right dominant) but casting rods I reel righty. I agree about the power of the rods. I use a medium heavy with an extra fast tip for froggin and it has not failed me yet. Medium power moderate or medium parabolic for cranking is the trick man. Now I have spoken 🤣

It don’t take much strength to turn that reel with some flippin of the wrist, controlling the fish with the right arm is ssoooo much easier and better on hook sets. But I know people who have stayed rightys just Bc they’ve done it for so long…..and they don’t wanna sell all their stuff lol.
