In the 1920s, members of the Osage Native American tribe of Osage County, Oklahoma, are murdered after oil is found on their land, and the FBI decides to investigate.
I live in Oklahoma, Ponca Tribe, just watch this 3-hour movie and usually 3 hours is too much but this was very good especially with not a lot of action, just the storytelling and shedding light on History that's been covered up even in Oklahoma still to this day was amazing to see on the big screen. Oklahoma has laws in place that state if a subject mattwr makes any kid of a certain race uncomfortable then it can't be taught in schools which is why this subject can't be taught in schools to this day. It is a law that I hope to see done away with in time as our state grows more diverse over the years
Wish i wasn't a poor white fella living in the Chicago ghetto on disability otherwise id go see it💯 my latina/Native American wife also had diabetes at a young age & died a few months ago so it would be nice to go back to a theater in her memory
An incredible movie that hits hard and keeps going. It rises up to have uplifting moments, but these highs are only high because of the depths that it takes you. That is to say you don't come out with a smile but a satisfaction and a realization that you have seen true art in a film format.
This movie was VERY good and shows JUST how inhumane some people can be. This is the most EVIL and diaboligical people I have EVER seen in a movie and the fact that it's TRUE History is even more horrific! I like your review of the movie keep up the good work!🤔👌🏾
While I didn’t flat out love this movie, mostly from it being too long in my opinion. This was still a great movie. Loved the performances, especially DiCaprio and Gladstone, and the build up to the investigation (again, even if it took a little too much time to get there). I will not be surprised to see this win Oscars. And I think it certainly deserves to. Great review and keep making videos 👍
I thought it was toooo long and those scenes between LDC and RD were too long. The movie needed expert editing. Too many characters, I could barely keep up. Gladstone was very good. And the woman who played Anna, her sister. The savior of the movie was the FBI / Texas Ranger agent. When he came in the picture the movie really perked up for me.
Oppenheimer and Killers of the flower moon are a return of real movies
I agree! So tired of the quick cash grabs with no substance.
@@MikalCooksReviews Truth be told a lot of those cash grabs loose money that will stop that type of film making sooner then anything else

Wow I agree, hopefully that law can be changed so more people can learn from the tragic events that took place in the past. Thank you for the support!
We are going next weekend. Thanks for the great review!
