TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mango Pudding Recipe | Super Soft and Creamy Mango Pudding | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
1 mango
Cut into cube
Blend until smooth
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Mix well
Keep aside
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Mix well
Let it boil
Mango puree
Cook until boil
Add corn flour mixture
Keep stirring
Thick consistency
Cook for 5 mins
Grease oil
Pour batter
Keep it in the fridge until set
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
