Please make a video on overseas nurses which fall under Eb3 visas. As far as I've done my research the Indian subcontinent nurses and diaspora including the Philippines and Chinese nurses, the visa quote for eb3 is in retrogression. Please help us understand what retrogression really means. Thanks xx
