I have had to contact them a few times and they were very responsive. They replaced the clipper body quickly because it wouldn't charge. Second one looked like it didn't charge, but they instructed me to remove the clipper head and reseat it and it worked great. They had me send video of what was happening and helped me troubleshoot. Great customer service!

We do a bath and a puppy groom before our puppies go home. We finally got a special dryer for dog grooming. Makes such a difference fluffing then up. Thanks for all of your videos.
I love using this on my cockapoo and Cavapoo. The important thing newbies need to know is wash, dry & comb hair first!

It’s amazing how well he behaves during growing. My dogs hate to have their feet touched. Their six and eleven and have been groomed every six weeks since they were puppies. I so amazed how he behaved. He’s such a handsome boy.

Thank you for the review. I picked this up and am hugely impressed. I’ve been doing my 2 small doggles (8 and 14#) for about 10 years with an expensive pair of clippers and scissors and let me tell you, this is a game changer. I could go on and on but just get it and try yourself.

I did not get your name but you did a fantastic demo!! Dave and you have an adoring relationship!!!! We were smiling during the whole demo!!!! The other demos for different brands were no where near as excellent as yours!!! My question is where exactly do you put the drops of oil on the clipper to keep it lubed and running smoothly? I just bought the FLOIA that is just like ONEISALL. Will you be comparing both of those? Or can you share with me your opinion regarding FLOIA

My puppy is an Aussiedoodle is he supposed to have the top of their head cut the same way? Mine is curly but I recently bought the simple way grooming set. I have not used it and have never tried to groom him or any other dog but I want to learn. Your David was so obedient mine is a little slides of any thing new so I will have to go very slow!! Do you have any training videos you would recommend? I love my sweet boy and I want to be the one he can fully trust like I feel about him we have done his training with a professional trainer and he is very smart and does very well but he is very stubborn sometimes! I loved your video and how easy you were with David

its a rug (for the bathroom) from Ikea. I get all my dog rugs from there! they last forever and easy to wash... doesn't hold water when washing and doesn't have the rubbing mat grip but still a good product. I use these with my puppies daily!
I just bought it and I’m to try it I 4 dogs and it gets pretty expensive to take them to the groomers ❤

Just wondering if I clip first and then bathe, the lines won’t be so noticeable? Really cool product.
we always say to bathe and blowdry first, and brush out, it will save your blades! dirty/oily hair can ruin blades fast. so always best to bathe and blow dry first. in my opinion. but I have a separate set of blades on my other clippers that im used to using... and its the 'dirty dog' clippers where I cut them first, then bathe and blowdry, then go over them with the clean ones to get any whispy pieces!

I tried the water station you recommended but our puppies knocked it down and it came apart so stopped using it. Still looking for some thing other than a bucket
